MMGM Links (1/27/14)

I'm struggling to catch up after a chaotic (and awesome weekend) in Arizona for YAllapalooza, so once again I have no MMGM. And I'm putting these links together with what little I have left of my brain, so I HOPE they're right. Sorry in advance if they're not:
-  Natalie Aguirre is interviewing Rachel Searless and giving away an ARC of THE LOST PLANET. Click HERE for all the fun.
- Sue Heavenrich is hearing the CALL OF THE KLONDIKE. Click HERE to read her review.
- Barbara Watson wants everyone to SWAY. Click HERE to see why.
-  Michelle Mason has a double feature this week, with FAIREST OF ALL and THE SHOE FITS. Click HERE to see what she thought.
- Kim Aippersbach is loving FORTUNATELY THE MILK. Click HERE to see why.
- Rosi Hollinbeck is cheering for LORD AND LADY BUNNY--ALMOST ROYALTY! (and pssst---there's a GIVEAWAY!) Click HERE for details.
- Greg Pattridge is spotlighting PHINEAS L MAGUIRE. Click HERE to see what he thought.
- Birdie Reader is singing praises for THE OUTLANDISH ADVENTURES OF LIBERTY AIMES. Click HERE to see her review.
- Daniel Johnston is hitting the JACKPOT. Click HERE to see what he thought.
- Andrea Mack is feeling PARCHED. Click HERE to see why.
- Julie DeGuia is raving about STEALING AIR. Click HERE to see her feature.
- Dorine White is showcasing ALLIANCE. Click HERE to see what she thought.
- Laurisa White Reyes has chills for BREAKING STALIN'S NOSE. Click HERE to see why.
- Pam Torres always has an MMGM up on her blog. Click HERE to see what she's spotlighting this week.
- Deb Marshall is a MMGM regular. Click HERE to see what she's featuring this week.
- Joanne Fritz always has an MMGM for you. Click HERE to see what she's talking about this week.
- The Mundie Moms are always part of the MMGM fun (YAY!). Click HERE to see their newest recommendations. And if you aren't also following their Mundie Kids site, get thee over THERE and check out all the awesome!
- The lovely Shannon O'Donnell always has an MMGM ready for you! Click HERE to see what she's featuring this week.
- Karen Yingling also always has some awesome MMGM recommendations for you. Click HERE to which ones she picked this time!
- Jennifer Rumberger always has an awesome MMGM feature on her blog. Click HERE to see what she's talking about this week.

If you would like to join in the MMGM fun, all you have to do is blog about a middle grade book you love (contests, author interviews and whatnot also count--but are most definitely not required) and email me the title of the book you're featuring and a link to your blog at SWMessenger (at) hotmail (dot) com. (Make sure you put MMGM or Marvelous Middle Grade Monday in the subject line so it gets sorted accurately) You MUST email me your link by Sunday evening in order to be included in the list of links. (usually before 11pm PST is safe--but if I'm traveling it can vary. When in doubt, send early!)

If you miss the cutoff, you are welcome to add your link in the comments on this post so people can find you, but I will not have time to update the post. Same goes for typos/errors on my part. I do my best to build the links correctly, but sometimes deadline-brain gets the best of me, and I'm sorry if it does. For those wondering why I don't use a Linky-widget instead, it's a simple matter of internet safety. The only way I can ensure that all the links lead to safe, appropriate places for someone of any age is if I build them myself. It's not a perfect system, but it allows me to keep better control.

Thank you so much for being a part of this awesome meme, and spreading the middle grade love!

*Please note: these posts are not a reflection of my own opinions on the books featured. Each blogger is responsible for their own MMGM content and I do not pre-screen reviews ahead of time, nor do I control what books they choose. I simply assemble the list based on the links that are emailed to me.

Have you joined Team KEEPER?

Hey there KEEPER fans!

I have something super fun to share with you guys today--and I really think you're going to love it!

I know a lot of you guys have been having fun with the KEEPER OF THE LOST CITIES page on this blog, leaving awesome comments and making good use the few fun extras it had. But as the series has grown and I've had to add more book info to that page, it's gotten kind of long and clunky. It's also reached its maximum number of comments, and no matter what I try to do, I can't seem to fix that glitch.

I *also* know lots of you have been asking for MORE fun Keeper extras. So I decided to build you YOUR VERY OWN KEEPER FAN PAGE!!!!!!! And so, I give you:

*drumroll please*

If you click on the graphic above, it'll take you there (or you can click HERE). You'll see it has concept art, an playlists  for both KEEPER and EXILE, and--my favorite part--MORE TEAMS. Yes, Team Dex, Team Fitz, and Team Keefe are still going strong (and they appreciate your support!) but there are new teams too, for those of us who are a bit more neutral with our shipping.

Even better, there's now room for lots more comments! So, if you want to continue your team debate (or if you want to continue telling me how much you love the books *shameless author moment*) make sure you comment over there. (The other page will pretend like it's taking your comments, but the glitch won't let them display, and nobody wants that).

And I promise I will continue to add things as we go. In the meantime, I hope you have fun! And--as always--thank you for being such an amazingly awesome group of fans!

Team KEEPER high five!

MMGM Links (1/13/14)

Sorry, still no MMGM this week. I've been on a YA Contemp reading kick (after drafting I like to read stuff that's the complete opposite of what I just wrote, to fill the well with something new and different) so I haven't been reading much middle grade.

But I'm about to enter the revision cave, so then I'll hopefully be reading middle grade again.  In the meantime, here's the MMGM links for the week:

Oh--wait. Actually, in case you missed it, I should mention that I'm doing a special LET THE SKY FALL GIVEAWAY. You can find all the details HERE.
